This page explains the main policies that apply when you visit glowlitecare.com and purchase or use a GlowLite device. By using this site or buying our products, you agree to these policies.


1. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying GlowLite. If it’s not right for you, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1.1 Return window

  • You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • After 14 days, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds, but your 1-year limited warranty for defects still applies.

1.2 Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The device must be in good working condition, with no cracks, burns, or obvious misuse.

  • All main parts must be included (mask, controller, cable, and any included accessories).

  • Normal light wear from testing is acceptable; severe damage, heavy wear, or missing parts may reduce or void your refund.

We reserve the right to reject a return or issue a partial refund if the product is returned in unusable or incomplete condition.

1.3 Who pays return shipping

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective on arrival, or significant damage in transit), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping or send a replacement at our cost.

  • If you simply change your mind or decide the product is not for you, you are responsible for return shipping, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1.4 How to start a return

To request a return within 14 days of delivery:

  • Email sales@afsuccess.com with your order number, full name, and a short explanation.

  • If the product is damaged or defective, include clear photos or a short video.

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

1.5 Refund timing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved, partially approved, or rejected.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the refund.

1.6 Defective items & exchanges

If your GlowLite device arrives defective or significantly damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement device, or

  • Offer a refund, at our discretion.

1.7 Non-refundable items & limitations

  • Shipping fees, customs, and duties (if any) are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds solely because cosmetic results are not as dramatic or as fast as hoped—results vary by person and depend on consistent use.

  • This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.


2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Where we ship

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

2.2 Processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday and other holiday sales), processing time may be slightly longer.

2.3 Delivery time

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

2.4 Shipping fees

  • Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.

  • Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

2.5 Incorrect address & unclaimed packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed, we can reship it, but you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

  • If you choose not to reship, we may issue a refund minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

2.6 Lost or damaged shipments

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the shipping box and product if damage is visible.

  • Contact sales@afsuccess.com with your order number, photos, and a short description.

We will work with the carrier and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or another solution.


3. Privacy & Data

We collect and use your information only as needed to run our store, fulfill orders, and improve your experience.

This means:

  • We do not claim that GlowLite treats or cures acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, infections, or any medical condition.

  • We do not claim that GlowLite prevents or cures any disease or health disorder.

  • In any case, our total liability for any claim related to a GlowLite device or your use of this site will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the device giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlowLite Care and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
