Improper use, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to our instructions is at your own risk.

5. OEM Manufacturer, Certifications & Regulatory Status

GlowLite is based on the TLM200-K LED mask design manufactured by an established OEM supplier. That OEM may hold various certifications (for example: RoHS, CE EMC, UKCA LVD) related to electronic safety and hazardous-substance limits, and may have been registered and/or listed with the U.S. FDA for certain infrared lamp device categories.

Important points:

  • These certificates relate to manufacturing and safety standards; they do not mean that the GlowLite device itself is "FDA-approved" or "FDA-cleared."
  • FDA registration and device listing are administrative processes and do not represent FDA "approval" or "clearance" of any specific consumer product.
  • GlowLite is marketed and sold as a cosmetic LED device only.
  • We do not represent or imply that GlowLite is a medical device, has been cleared to treat any medical condition, or has been evaluated by the FDA for clinical performance.

6. No Warranties Beyond Those We Explicitly State

Except where prohibited by law or where we explicitly state otherwise in a written warranty or policy, this website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
